A written evaluation of the potential impact of haulage from mining <br />operations on county roads including a description of public haul routes and <br />anticipated traffic volume. <br />-Hazardous materials. A description of methods of handling, storing, and <br />transporting hazardous materials, including disposal of hazardous material and <br />containers. <br />-MLRB application. A copy of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board <br />Application complete with all pertinent maps, drawings and charts. <br />-Public infrastructure. Requests for new (or expansion of existing) mining <br />operations shall demonstrate the adequacy of public facilities and utilities. <br />-Fences and signs. A comprehensive description of fencing and Sign <br />placement surrounding areas containing hazardous waste materials including <br />storage ponds and tailing piles. <br />-Drainage. A description of the extent and nature of flooding and on-site <br />drainage patterns including location of ponds. <br />-Facilities. The depth of all existing and proposed excavations and a <br />thorough description of the proposed reclamation plan. <br />-Tomography and roads. A topographic map of the area showing existing <br />contours and displaying existing and proposed access roads. <br />-Water. The source, quantity and composition of water to be used. Water <br />quality information to show anticipated impacts to the water quality being <br />discharged from the site. <br />-Public infrastructure.
