-Drainage Report and Plan <br />DR-40 DRAINAGE REPORT AND PLAN. A drainage report by a qualified licensed <br />engineer, where the proposed development would increase the amount of drainage onto <br />adjacent properties or roadways above the historic runoff. <br />-Drawing <br />DR-60 DRAWINGS AND DRAWING REQUIREMENTS. See Drawing Tablefordevelopment <br />plan drawing requirements. <br />-Engineering Review Fees <br />See Appendix H of Roadway Design and Construction Standards. <br />-External effects information <br />EX-20 EXTERNAL EFFECTS INFORMATION. Sufficient information forthe Planning Official <br />to determine a proposed use complies with the External Effects requirements of these <br />Regulations. <br />-Fees <br />FE-10 FEES. Mining Conditional Use Request: Based on areato be included in permit 0-10 <br />acres - $250.00; 10.1 - 50 acres - $300.00; 50.1 + acres - $500.00. At the discretion of the <br />County Planning Director, an independent contractor (Third Party Review) may be hired (after <br />the County and the Applicant have agreed upon the selection of the contractor) to review the <br />application and make a recommendation to the County Planning Staff. The Third Party Review <br />will consider the applicant's submittal and the Review Criteria. Completion of the review and <br />recommendation to the County Planning Staff shall be completed in a timely manner. All costs <br />of the Third Party Review shall be paid by the Applicant. <br />-Justification Statement <br />JU-40 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT. Document in which the applicant or applicant's <br />representative (1) represents the accuracy of the information contained in the application, and <br />(2) indicates how the application complies with each of the review criteria for the type of <br />approval or permit. <br />-Landscaping plan <br />LA-10-20 Landscaping plan required. A landscape plan shall be submitted and approved <br />which provides the location of all existing and proposed vegetation, landscaping and screening <br />including diameter (measured 5 feet above grade) of all existing and proposed trees, location <br />and dimensions of planting areas, street yards, parking areas, the number, location, and size <br />of walls, berms and fences, and provisions forwatering, soil stabilization, plant protection and <br />maintenance access, and any limitations on the exterior use of water imposed by the Office of <br />the State Engineer. <br />-Lighting information <br />LI-25 LIGHTING INFORMATION.
