It is the applicant's intention <br />to prepare this 5 acre site located within the mining/ <br />reclamation plan area and erect an asphalt batch plant <br />for processing of the aggregrate mined.. <br />Access to the 5 acre site under consideration will be <br />directly off Nome Street adjacent to the area of the <br />mining and reclamation plans.
