-6- <br />f) Map 13 - The drainage basin designations on map 13 (A and <br />B) do not match the designations on map 9. It would be <br />more consistent to have these designations the same. In <br />addition, WFC should perform afield check to assure that <br />all culvert sizes and ditch locations are accurately <br />represented. The map should be modified to reflect field <br />conditions as necessary. <br />In addition, the refuse area (when approved) and storage <br />areas should be marked on the map. The mine water <br />collection pond at the Purgatoire River should be shown in <br />more detail. <br />g) Map 14 - This map shows the coal processing waste pile <br />design. As stated earlier, construction of this pile has <br />not been approved. This map should be retained only if an <br />acceptable plan (in the form of a technical revision) is <br />submitted by WFC. <br />h) Maps 15 and 16 - The post-mining topography maps must be <br />modified to reflect the permitting decision that the portal <br />depression must be backfilled. <br />V. Bond <br />The Division has reviewed the bond for the Golden Eagle mine and found <br />that the site is adequately bonded. The bond documents are properly <br />executed and are in compliance with Rule 3.02.4. <br />VI. All data and <br />commitments represented by the 29 stipulations should be incorporated <br />into the permit as revised pages. <br />
