Minor Revision No. 34 was submitted on September 28, 1992 and was approved on <br />October 13, 1992. This involved the construction of a concrete containment <br />area for the storage of five-gallon cans of lubricants. Bond was increased by <br />$2,236.00. <br />Minor Revision No. 35 was submitted on September 28, 1992 and was approved on <br />October 13, 1992. This was for the addition of a 5,000-gallon bulk storage <br />tank for Nalco 7883 flocculent and a 1,000-gallon bulk storage tank for Nalco <br />78B5 flocculent. It includes a 6,000-gallon capacity concrete containment <br />basin. Bond was increased by 51,500.00. <br />Minor Revision No. 36 was submitted on November 2, 1992 and was approved on <br />November 4, 1992. This involved exploration and development drilling. Two <br />holes, SF 92-20 and SF 92-21, are for exploration. One hole, SF 92-22, is for <br />methane venting. Bond was increased by 514,475.00. <br />Section III Status of Stipulations <br />Thirteen (13) stipulations appeared in the Findings Document of January 1, 1989. <br />An additional seven (7) stipulations were imposed between January and July of <br />1989. All but one of these stipulations (Stipulation No. 28) have been <br />satisfied or incorporated into the permit. Stipulation Nos. 50, 51, 52 and 53 <br />were the result of Permit Revision No. 1 of June 28, 1990 and are still active. <br />Stipulation No. 28 <br />THE PERMITTEE SHALL PERFORM A SURVEY OF THE FIVE POTENTIALLY AFFECTED <br />ADOBE CONSTRUCTED HOUSES ON A QUARTERLY BASIS, IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE <br />REQUIREMENTS OF RULE 2.05.6(6) (c) (i) (D). <br />Stipulation No. 50 <br />WYOMING FUEL COMPANY WILL PERFORM AN ARCHAEOLOGIAL INVESTIGATION IN AREAS <br />HAVING THE HIGHEST POTENTIAL FOR LOCATING CULTURAL RESOURCES BEFORE <br />PROCEEDING WITH THE MINING OPERATION IN THE AREA ADDRESSED BY THIS PERMIT <br />REVISION. <br />Stipulation No. 51 <br />PRIOR TO SECONDARY OR RETREAT MINING AT THE GOLDEN EAGLE MINE, THE <br />PERMITTEE SHALL PROVIDE A HYDROLOGIC SURVEY OF WE7 CANYON. THE SURVEY <br />SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION CONCERNING DEPTH BELOW THE SURFACE, HORIZONTAL <br />EXTENT, WATER USE, AND QUANTITY AND QUALITY OF GROUND WATER AS REQUIRED <br />UNDER RULE 2.04.7(1). THE PERMITTEE SHALL ALSO PROVIDE A DISCUSSION OF <br />PROBABLE HYDROLOGIC CONSEQUENCES OF MINING UPON THOSE ALLUVIAL AQUIFERS <br />IDENTIFIED. <br />Stipulation No. 52 <br />PRIOR TO SECONDARY OR RETREAT MINING UNDER WET CANYON, THE PERMITTEE MUST <br />COLLECT DATA ON THE QUANTITY OF WATER FLOWING IN THE DRAINAGE. <br />MONITORING MUST BE SUFFICIENT TO DIFFERENTIATE SEASONAL FLOW VARIATIONS. <br />-6- <br />
