Minor Revision No. 26 was submitted on December 26, 1991 and was approved on <br />February 3, 1992. It involved the construction of a 3,000-square-foot <br />addition to the industrial building for main office and bath house. The bond <br />was increased by $11,400.00. <br />Minor Revision No. 27 was submitted February 6, 1992 and was approved on <br />February 24, 1992. This was for construction of a concrete catch basin within <br />the supply yard for gasoline and other petroleum products. The bond was <br />increased by $1590.00. <br />Minor Revision No. 28 was submitted on February 6, 1992 and was approved on <br />February 24, 1992. It involved the construction of a guard house along the <br />mine entrance road. The bond was increased by $950.00. <br />Minor Revision No. 29 was submitted on February 21, 1992 and was approved on <br />February 21, 1992. It was to temporarily divert mine water discharge from <br />Pond 2 to Pond 3 in an attempt to reduce the level of total suspended solids. <br />There was no bond increase. <br />Technical Revision No. 18 was submitted on April 1, 1992 and was denied on <br />August 17, 1992. This was a request to use two flocculents, Nalco 7883 and <br />7885, in Pond 2 in order to reduce the level of total suspended solids in the <br />mine water discharge. This request was denied because biomonitoring of the <br />dual flocculent proposal had not been performed. <br />Minor Revision No. 30 was submitted on June 2, 1992 and was approved on <br />August 3, 1992. This was to relocate the sewage treatment plant from the east <br />side to the west side of the truck loadout. The bond was increased by <br />$7,480.00. <br />Technical Revision No. 19 was submitted on July 6, 1992 and was approved on <br />September 8, 1992. It involved the construction of a new 6,000-square-foot <br />warehouse near the mine office. The bond was increased by $43,376.00. <br />Minor Revision No. 31 was submitted on July 20, 1992 and was approved on <br />August 13, 1992. This was for exploration and development drilling. Five <br />holes, GE-1 through GE-5, are for methane venting. One hole, GE-10, is for <br />strata dewatering. Fourteen holes, GE-6 through GE-9, GE-11 through GE-13, <br />SF 92-1 through SF 92-4 and SF 92-6 through SF 92-8, are for exploration. <br />Bond was Increased by $54,758.00. <br />Technical Revision No. 20 was submitted on July 27, 1992 and was approved on <br />September 18, 1992. It involved the installation of a raw coal reclaim <br />system. Bond was increased by $29,000.00. <br />Minor Revision No. 32 was submitted on September 28, 1992 and was approved on <br />October 13, 1992. This was a request for the addition of a 10,000-gallon bulk <br />storage tank for emulsion fluid, along with a 15,000-gallon capacity concrete <br />containment basin. Bond was increased by $3,680.00. <br />Minor Revision No. 33 was submitted on September 28, 1992 and was approved on <br />October 13, 1992.
