Minor Revision No. 18 was submitted on August 30, 1990 and was approved on <br />September 4, 1990. A portion of the haul road, from the main entrance to the <br />first railroad tracks, was paved with asphalt. Bond increased by $4,080.00. <br />Technical Revision No. 15 was submitted on October 2, 1990 and was approved on <br />November 27, 1990. The North Maxwell exhaust fan site was constructed. Bond <br />was increased by $17,421.47. <br />Minor Revision No. 19 was submitted on October 15, 1990 and was approved on <br />October 17, 1990. It was withdrawn on October 13, 1992. It involved the <br />construction of an oil storage barn at the west end of the supply yard. <br />Originally, the bond was increased by $480.00. Because of the withdrawal of <br />MR-19, however, there is no bond increase. <br />Minor Revision No. 20 was submitted on October 22, 1990 and was approved on <br />October 26, 1990. It involved the temporary diversion of mine water discharge <br />from Pond 2 to Pond 3. There was no bond change. <br />Technical Revision No. 16 was submitted on October 29, 1990 and was approved <br />with conditions on February 20, i49i. There was an addition of Nalco Enact <br />7883 flocculent to the mine water discharge in order to reduce the amount of <br />total suspended solids. Stipulation 53 required that the operator monitor <br />water quality of pond discharge to comply with the Department of Health's <br />guidelines. There was no bond increase. <br />Technical Revision No. 17 was submitted on January 16, 1991 and was approved <br />on March 11, 1991. It was for a one-time-only, in-place disposal of non-coal <br />waste. There was no bond increase. <br />Minor Revision No. 21 was submitted on February 27, 1991 and was approved on <br />March 8, 1991. It was for the exploration drilling of holes GE-1 through <br />GE-11. Bond was increased by $40,571.59. <br />Minor Revision No. 22 was submitted on March 14, 1991 and was approved with <br />conditions on May 1, 1991. It was later withdrawn. It involved the drilling <br />of 16 exploration holes and six baseline hydrologic information holes relating <br />to the Wet Canyon Area. Bond was increased by $43,494.45 initially, but was <br />reduced by the withdrawal of the revision. The initial bond increase was <br />required by Stipulation 54. This stipulation required that additional bond of <br />$131,737.15 be posted for NOI CX-91-175-23 and for MR-22. <br />Minor Revision No. 23 was submitted on June 24, 1991 and was approved on <br />August 20, 1991. Identification of interest and compliance information was <br />required when Entech bought the Golden Eagle Mine from KN Energy. There was <br />no bond change. <br />Minor Revision No. 24 was submitted on July 2, 1991 and was approved on <br />July 10, 1991. This was for the relocation of the mine water discharge pipe <br />from the return airshaft to the rock dust borehole, then over to an existing <br />water discharge line. There was no bond increase. <br />Minor Revision No. 25 was submitted on October 23, 1991 and was approved on <br />November 15, 1991. This involved drilling holes PGE 1, 2 and 3 for <br />exploration and methane venting. Also, development hole PGE-4, for a gravel <br />drop, and PGE-5, for a water service line, were drilled. Bond was increased <br />by $25,124.00. <br />-4- <br />
