Bond was increased by $10,124.00. <br />Stipulation No. 42 required methane venting permits from the Colorado <br />Department of Health, if required. <br />Minor Revision No. 11 was submitted on May 16, 1989 and was approved on <br />June 7, 1989. This revision was to allow drilling of both a service hole into <br />the 3rd North Entries and a grounding hole for the substation approved in <br />TR-09, and installation of a water line to the service hole. Bond was <br />increased by $855.00. <br />Technical Revision No. 13 was submitted on May 30, 1989 and was approved on <br />August 21, 1989. This added discharge from Pond 5 to the site's water <br />monitoring plan. There was no bond increase. <br />Minor Revision No. 12 was submitted on June 8, 1989 and was approved with <br />conditions on June 8, 1989. It involved disposal of pond cleanings into the <br />refuse pile. There was no change in bond. <br />Permit Revision No.l was submitted on September 1, 1989 and was approved with <br />conditions on July 2, 1990. This revised the mine plan to include an <br />additional 5,674 acres north of Highway 12 for longwall mining. There was no <br />bond increase. Stipulation No. 50 requires archeological studies in high <br />potential areas prior to mining. Stipulation No. 51 requires a hydrologic <br />survey of Wet Canyon prior to secondary or retreat mining. Stipulation No. 52 <br />requires monitoring of surface water in Wet Canyon prior to secondary or <br />retreat mining. Stipulation No. 53 requires protection of alluvial valley <br />floors prior to secondary or retreat mining. <br />Minor Revision No. 13 was submitted on September 29, 1989 and was approved on <br />October 4, 1989. It involved the modification of ditch D-21 in order to allow <br />expansion of the coal storage area at the silo. There was no change in bond. <br />Minor Revision No. 14 was submitted on October 13, 1989 and was approved on <br />October 23, 1989. This revision allowed the installation of a 1300 gallon oil <br />storage tank and a service building at the site of the service drop that was <br />approved in MR-11. There was a bond increase of $440.00. <br />Minor Revision No. 15 was submitted on April 25, 1990 and was approved on <br />April 27, 1990. It involved the drilling of two methane venting holes, <br />GE 90-2 and GE 90-3. Bond was increased by $7,081.00. <br />Technical Revision No. 14 was submitted on July 5, 1990 and was approved on <br />August 8, 1990. An air ventilation shaft was constructed north of <br />Highway 12. Bond was increased by $8,414.00. <br />Minor Revision No. 16 was submitted on July 12, 1990 and was approved on July <br />13, 1990. A temporary, portable coal loading conveyor was installed until a <br />permanent conveyor system could be installed. There was no bond change. <br />Minor Revision No. 17 was submitted on July 13, 1990 and was approved on <br />July 16, 1990.
