The executed Agreement and Covenant Not to Compete annexed hereto as Exhibit "C" Simultaneously with the execution and delivery of said t•~arranty deed, bill of sale and other documents enumerated above, Buyers shall pay to Sellers the sum specified in Paragraph 2b. above and shall execute and deliver to Sellers t}~e promissory note and deed of trust specified in Paragraph 2c. above. Buyers shall also at such time purchase from Sellers all of Sellers' inventory of fish food and similar supplies at Sellers' cost therefor and pay Scl.lers in cash for such inventory. Buyers shall be required to purchase only that portion of such inventory of fish food and supplies as are useable by Buyers. 6. Possession.
