CMI serves the local <br />community and consequently most of their business is single load deliveries. Contrary to normal <br />demand where 20% of the customers purchase 80% of the volume, the two lazgest customers <br />purchase a total of only 12% of CMI's volume, 25% of the customers are cash sales, and the <br />remainder of the customers use less than 1 % each. Eighty-seven percent of CMI customers aze <br />local private individuals and Douglas County towns and subdivisions. The operation will be a source of employment in Douglas County. This operation will <br />employ 10 people and will allow for the continued supply of material to various <br />contractors and architects. <br />14 <br />
