Upon review and concurrence by the Division with the <br />Proposed Affected Area boundary, the Operator can mark the Affected Area comers in the field <br />and resolve the Corrective Action item that is outstanding on this issue. <br />The map submitted herewith does not include final closure and reclamation depictions. <br />Reclamation maps will be submitted upon reaching concurrence with the Division on the <br />accuracy and completeness of the submitted maps showing current conditions. <br />The Operator welcomes the opportunity to meet with Division personnel to discuss the current, <br />existing site conditions and determine the appropriate follow-up actions to get the Permit <br />information up to date and to correct any deficiencies. <br />Sincerely, <br />~' <br />Terry"V.
