Stipulation No. 10 required the insertion into the permit document of a table summarizing the <br />small azea exemptions at the Somerset Mine. This stipulation was forgiven on August 29, 1990. <br />Stipulation No. I 1 required the submittal of a new seed mix. The stipulation was complied with <br />on March 27, 1991. <br />Stipulation No. 12 required BLM and OSM approval of Permit Revision No. 2. The stipulation <br />was complied with on March 19, 1993. <br />Stipulation No. 13 required that the operator submit revised maps and pages for Minor Revision <br />No. 12. This stipulation was complied with on November 7, 1996. <br />Stipulation No. 14 required submittal of a mine plan change before pulling pillazs from the B <br />seam underneath any unmined C seam azeas with less than 1,500 feet of cover within Federal <br />Coal Lease COC-53510. The stipulation was complied with on November 7, 1996. <br />Stipulation No. 15 required submittal of revised maps and pages for Minor Revision No. 17. The <br />stipulation was complied with on May 14, 1993. <br />Stipulation No. 16 required the operator to submit to the Division to submit compaction test <br />results for the East Yard waste pile. The stipulation was terminated on September 30, 2003, <br />because they had submitted the reports throughout the active life of the pile, the pile has been <br />found to comply with Rule 4.10.4 (3), and that waste pile is no longer active and is in the process <br />of reclamation. <br />Stipulation No. 17 required Division approval of MR-17. This was complied with on Apri129, <br />1994. <br />Stipulation No. 18 required that the operator mark all sealed wells and boreholes. It was <br />complied with on July 30, 1994. <br />Stipulation No. 19 required that a bond increase be in place prior to construction of substation <br />No. 3. The stipulation was complied with on August 16, 1994. <br />Stipulation No. 20 required stability monitoring of the Bear Creek portal reclamation. It was <br />"forgiven" in May 1996. <br />Stipulation No. 21 required approval by the USBLM and OSM of the Permit Revision No. 3 and <br />federal coal lease COC-53510. It was complied with on January 8, 1997. <br />Stipulation No. 22 required USFWS approval of Permit Revision No. 3. It was complied with on <br />November 7, 1996. <br />
