The contents of the package are quite valid. My <br />observations over the last year indicate that both the channel improvement and <br />wildlife enhancement projects have been very successful. In my opinion, <br />Trapper Mining, Inc., deserves consideration for the above-referenced award, <br />and I encourage a strong endorsement from our Division. <br />Bill Agnew (Trapper Mining, Inc.) asked that we expedite the transmittal of <br />this package through the appropriate procedures, He is concerned that any <br />required OSM inspection should be done prior to snowfall. Apparently, the <br />nomination sent last year was not actea upon by OSM until after the site was <br />snow covered, thereby eliminating Trapper Mine from consideration.
