Asa summary of this review, the Division has identified the following items
of concern:
1). Acid mine drainage and gravity discharge have been identified as
concerns because of their potential impacts to the prevailing
hydrologic balance. Therefore, the Division requests that the Coal
Gulch Mine commit to submitting an acid mine drainage study due one
