Sediment ponds at the site are the only structures <br />that would impound water and then only in the event of a precipitation event. <br />Water use at the site is limited to dust suppression and domestic use. <br />Lbmes tic water is supplied by a permitted domestic well located at the site. <br />The amount of water consumed by the mine for dust suppression is about 5,000 ppd. <br />The applicant receives the right to the water used for dust suppression tl:rcugh <br />a written agreement cri*h Mel Martinez. Afe1 hfartinez has an adjudicated :rater <br />right to 3.5 cfs of the flow in StoIlsteimer Creek.
