A list of the Surviving Spouses of UMWA Pensi~~ne~rs <br />is attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />18. Some former Coal Miners of CFiI who are not <br />members of the UMWA and who are not covered under any other <br />pension plan, may be qualified to zeceive pension benefits under <br />The Pension Plan of CFSI Steel Corporation and Certain <br />Subsidiaries (the "CF3I Pension Plan"). <br />19. Of the 149 total Post-Petition Black Lung Benefit <br />Beneficiaries, eighteen (18) of those individuals were CFiI <br />employees who are eligible to receive and have been receivinc~ <br />pension benefits under the CFiI Pension Plan (the "CFiI <br />Pensioners"). A list of the CFiI Pensioners ie attached hereto <br />as Exhibit C. <br />3. As noted supra in paragraph 11, eligibility for non-pension <br />benefits under the CFiI Employee Benefit Plan is based on <br />eligibility for benefits under the UMWA 1974 Pension Plan. <br />6 <br />
