When authorized or permitted by the Droner fire <br />authorities, the CONTRACTOR may dispose of flammable materials b.y <br />burning on the project site, provided all requirements set forth by <br />the authorities are met. In all cases, the authority to burn shall <br />not relieve the CONTRACTOR in any way from damages which may result <br />from his operations. <br />The bath house fl nor slab, foundation and footers, concrete <br />walkways, and any other concrete structures associated with the bath <br />house facility shall be disposed of using the same methods and <br />performance standards specified for the truck scale facility under <br />item I II 2.2. B.l of the Special Condition s. <br />3. Mine Office <br />This structure is shown on Exhibit 3A and drawing sheets 2, 3, 4, 5, <br />and 7 of 30. All above grade portions of this structure (wood frame <br />building, modified house trailer addition on east end, utility <br />connections, and all contents inside building); all concrete floor <br />slabs, foundation and footers, concrete walkways, and any other <br />concrete structures associated with the mine office; the concrete <br />retaining wall located bebveen the mine office and pole barn; and <br />the cyclone fence, gate, and gate stops located between the <br />retaining wall and the Dole barn, shall be demolished or otherwise <br />dismantled, removed and/or disposed of to the same extent and using <br />the same methods and performance standards specified for the bath <br />house facility in Section III. 2.2.8.2 of the Special Conditions. <br />4. Pole Barn <br />This structure is shown on Exhibit 3A and drawing sheets 5, 6, and 7 <br />of 30. All above grade portions of this structure, all inside <br />contents, and all concrete footings shall be demolished or otherwise <br />dismantled, removed and/or disposed of to the same extent and using <br />the same methods and performance standards specified in Section III. <br />2.2.8.2 of the Special Conditions. <br />5. Concrete Bin <br />This structure is shown on Exhibit 3A and drawing sheets 5, 6, and 7 <br />of 30. All remaining materials inside the bin and all concrete and <br />metal portions of the structure shall oe demolished or otherwise <br />dismantled, removed and/or disposed of to the same extent and using <br />the same performance standards specified in Section III. 2.2.8.2 of <br />the Special Conditions. <br />6. Storage Shed <br />This structure is shown on Exhibit 3A and drawing sheet S of 30. <br />All above grade portions of this structure, all inside contents, any <br />foundation and/or footings, and all concrete pads on the south and <br />west sides of the structure shall be demolished or othen~ise <br />dismantled, removed and/or disposed of to the same extent and using <br />the same performance standards specified in Section III. 2.2.8.2 of <br />the Special Conditions. <br />-7- <br />
