This is not a <br />new problem. <br />Locatable Reference Point: <br />The map submitted in April 1998 does not have a known locatable point for reference. <br />Resnonse: <br />The Updated map submitted herewith has a reference tied to a nearby section corner. <br />Vent Sites and Access Roads not on Map: <br />The updated map was to include the ventilation shafts and access roads associated with <br />this Permit; these features were not shown on the map. <br />Response: <br />The new 1" = 200' and 1" = 100' maps submitted herewith show all features associated <br />with this Permit. <br />Map not in Conformance with Rule: <br />The map submitted by the Operator in April 1998 does not conform with the <br />requirements of Rule 6. Therefore, the Corrective Action is not corrected. <br />Response: <br />New maps submitted herewith meet the requirements of Rule 6, subject to Division <br />review. A Reclamation Map has not been submitted. This map cannot be provided until the <br />Division and Operator agree on how to resolve the outstanding issues of Affected Area boundary <br />and determination of which remote features will be included under this Permit. Upon reaching <br />concurrence with the Division on these matters, the Operator will submit the requisite <br />reclamation map. <br />December 19, 2001 Insaection by Bob Oswald: <br />No Permit Identification Sign or Permit Boundary Markers: <br />The lack of a Permit identification sign and Permit boundary markers is noted as a <br />"problem" and a Corrective Action was specified. <br />Response: <br />In January 2002 the Operator installed a correct Permit identification sign and provided <br />photographic evidence. <br />The Operator is submitting a Proposed Affected Area boundary herewith. Upon reaching <br />concurrence with the Division on the Affected Area boundary, the comers will be marked in the <br />field. <br />Inadequate Site Man: <br />Following the April 23, 1998 letter from the Division, which noted a number of items <br />that needed to be revised and updated on the site map, the Operator failed to provide a current <br />and accurate site map. As a result of the Operator's failure to respond to the Division's inquiries, <br />the lack of a current and accurate map is classified as a "problem" and a Corrective Action was <br />specified. <br />Response: <br />The Operator is submitting an updated and correct site map herewith.
