Please verify. If any facilities associated with this revision remain, all appropriate maps must be amended to show the as-built configuration. MR08 - Construction of Water Pipeline -April 5, 1982 Request The April 5, 1982 letter from Western Fuels to the Division indicates that the pipeline will be used from May 1, 1982 to December 31, 1983 and that reclamation of the three (3) pump stations will occur during the fall of 1984. Have the pump stations and above ground pipeline been removed and the area reclaimed? Please clarify. If this facility still remains, appropriate maps within the permit need to be revised accordingly. The soils map submitted along with the request is inappropriate for use in depicting revisions to surface facilities. TROT - Incidental Boundary Change - April 7, 1982 Request A copy of revised page 1 (one) of the legal description of the permit area was submitted with the request, as well as a copy of revised Map 2 (two) of the permit showing the new permit boundary. The revised legal description page needs to be inserted into all Division copies of the permit application. All maps contained in the permit which show the portion of the permit boundary modified by the revision need to be adjusted to show the current approved boundary.
