<br />J 11. Shrub transplant swaths shall not exceed 10~ of the acreage of the <br />revegetated stand to which they are applied. <br />/12. The permittee will submit pond sizing calculations documenting the <br />adequacy of Pond D with respect to storage capacity ana outlet structure <br />design by July 15, 1988. If necessary, the sizing calculations will be <br />accompanied by a technical revision application which will contain <br />appropriate design modifications. <br />/13. At least 90 days prior to initiation of pons construction the permittee <br />will submit a technical revision including design information for the six <br />proposed stock ponds, demonstrating compliance with the requirements of <br />rule 4.05.9(1). The design information must include the following: <br />a. An outline of the drainage area for each pond. <br />b. A conservative estimate of annual sediment volumes for each pond. <br />c. Peak Clow calculations and accompanying assumptions documenting <br />that runoff from a 25-year, 24-hours storm can be passed through the <br />Emergency spillway ofi combination of principal and emergency <br />spillways for each pond. <br />d. Dimensions and location of the cutoff trenches. <br />e. The source and type of material to be used in the cutoff trenches <br />ana the embankments. <br />f. The elevation of the embankments and their widths. <br />g. The crest invert elevation of the emergency spillways, their height <br />and their shapes. <br />h. The specifications (material, gauge, size, location, elevation) of <br />the primary dewatering devise and the locations and dimensions of <br />anti-seep collars. <br />i. .4 description of foundation preparation and fill placement <br />activities as well as the expected construction schedule. <br />`~14. Within 60 days of issuance of the permit renewal, the permittee will <br />revise the rill and gully stabilization plan to include an appropriate <br />calendar deadline for completion of necessary rill and gully <br />stabilization work. The revised plan will also propose a specific <br />criterion for determining when repair work on eroded segments of approved <br />permanent gullies would be initiated. <br />Q~.~`15. Pond A waters will not be discharged for irrigation purposes in areas <br />above the confluence of Middle and Trout Creeks until that time when the <br />operator proves that no rtwtarial damage will occur from flood irrigation. <br />-16- <br />
