2.05.3(3), 2.05.3(7), and 4.04
The mine facilities, support facilities and coal handling structure portions of the
application can be found on pages 2.05-18 through 2.05-21 of the Bear No. 3 application.
Surface facilities at the proposed Bear No. 3 will include office and shop facilities,
crusher, coal stockpile and truck dump. Rail loadovt facilities will not be constructed.
Coal will be hauled by truck from the mine site to a Zoadout site in Delta. Existing
facilities, including the loadout, at the Bear No. 1 and No. 2 will be removed as a
part of reclamation durinq_ the su7mrter of 1982.
STIPULATION N0. 13:
WITHIN ONE MONTH OF PERMIT ISSUANCE, AN OPERATION DESCRIPTION, A SEDIMENT CONTROL
PLAN, AND A RECLAMATION PLAN FOR TXE LOADOUT WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE DIVISION
AND INCORFORATED INTO THE PERMIT.
