Road= - Rules 2.05.3(3) and x.03 (con't) <br />All other aspects of road design at the McClave Car,von site are in <br />conformance with these sections of the Rules and Regulations. <br />kIa. bonding - Rule 2.05.4(2)(b) and Rule 3 <br />Salt Creek Paining Compan}° has agreec to post a performance bond in the amount <br />of 553,750.00. The Division has determined that this amount will be <br />sufficient to cover the cost of reclamation at the ?1cClane Canyon !•iine. <br />Pursuant to Rules 2.07.6(2)(j) and 3.02.1(1), the performance bond in this <br />amount will be filed with the Division, parable to the State of Colorado, <br />before a permit will be issued. <br />The following stipulation is required bti- the Division: <br />15. A PERFORMFddCE BOND IN THE A*10UKT OF SS'.,750.OG, PF.1'?B LE TO THE STATE OF <br />COLORADO, MUST BE FILED l2ITH THE DIPISION Z,'ITHIN 30 DAYS OF PER*fIT <br />ISSUANCE. <br />]i}:. Sealing of Drill Hoies and Underground Openings - Rules 2.05.4 <br />and 4.07. <br />The appropriate information satisfying these requirements appears in Sections <br />2.1 and 3.7 of the application (Volume I). The applicant has committed to <br />conform with all the applicable regulations regarding the sealing and management <br />of borings. <br />The portal sealing methods are also consistent with the appropriate Rules <br />and Regulations. <br />a?:I. Subsidence - Rules 2.05.6(6) and 4.20 <br />Subsidence information is included in Section 2.1.° of the application. <br />Information provided in the application indicated the absence of renewable <br />resource lands or structures in the permit and adjacent areas which would <br />be adversly affected by subsidence over the mine workings. This facility is sharec wit}. and trill be pernitted in conjunction <br />with another mining operation, Plunger Canton, which is also otaned b?• Salt <br />Creek Mining Company. <br />T`ne proposed operation is in compliance with the requirements of~this section. <br />
