Block 3 contains live-handled roto-cleared topsoil (1993) that was seeded in the spring of 1994. • Lower slope area redisturbed to blend into Lower Moffat Road; gullies in redisturbed area repaired and reseeded during the reshaping activity (1996). Block 4 contains live-handled roto-cleazed topsoil (1993) and was not seeded to further the trial area stazted with Block 1. • At midpoint of Block, a portion was interseeded and livestock imprinted (1995). • Gully repair and reseeding on lower slopes at midpoint of block where previous livestock imprinting efforts where considered insufficient (1996). Block 5 contains live-handled roto-cleazed topsoil (1993) that was seeded in the spring of 1994. • Gullies repaired in conjunction with construction of Downdrain 1 (1995). Block 6 contains live-handled roto-cleared topsoil (1993) that was seeded in the spring of 1994. • Gully repaired and reseeded on lower slope (1996). Block 7 contains live-handled roto-cleared topsoil (1994) that was not seeded as part of the test practice employed in Blocks 1 and 4. • Gully repaired and reseeded on lower slope (1995). Block 8 contains live-handled roto-cleared topsoil (1994) and was seeded in (1995). Block 9 contains live-handled roto-cleazed topsoil (1994) and was seeded in 1995. • Gullies along the lower slope repaired and reseeded (1996). Block 10 contains stockpiled topsoil (1996) and was seeded in 1996. This block was also contour furrowed. 1997 MOFFAT INVENTORY RESULTS AND CORRECT[VE ACTIONS Block I The erosion condition composite SSF score of this site was ] 8, which placed it in the Stable Erosion Condition Class. Please note that in 1994, Block 1 was separated into two areas. The southern area scoring in the Stable classification while the northern half scored in the high end of the Slight classification with a score of 40. The tabulated results for this survey are shown in Table 2. There are some rills and small gullies concentrated at the lower end of this block above Block 10 in the vicinity of Downdrain #3. These features show very little recent activity with most having vegetation on the sides and bottom. No corrective measures are planned as a result of the inventory.
