Stipulation No. 30 <br /> MCC must submit additional bond, in the amounts described in the lower waste pile <br /> permit revision application, at least thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of <br /> construction of Phases III, IV, and V of the lower waste pile. These additional <br /> bonds must be approved and accepted by the Division prior to construction for <br /> these phases. <br /> The narrative in the bonding section of the permit application which addresses the Lower <br /> Waste Pile incorporated this stipulation into the permit. <br /> STATUS: Terminated January 17, 1986 <br /> Stipulation No. 31 <br /> MCC shall forward five (5) copies of the Colorado Department of Highways' written <br /> approval for activities within 100 feet of the outside right-of-way of Colorado <br /> Highway 133 within thirty (30) days of approval of the permit revision application. <br /> STATUS: Complied With <br /> Stipulation No. 32 <br /> The applicant shall monitor the two monitoring wells located over the first panel to <br /> be subsided one year prior to mining this panel. The applicant shall submit to the <br /> regulatory authority ground water level data and water quality data prior to mining <br /> this panel. <br /> STATUS: Complied With <br /> Stipulation No. 33 <br /> Should the applicant encounter more ground water than anticipated, prior to the <br /> discharge of excess mine water, the applicant shall provide an analysis of <br /> anticipated water quality and quantity, and an assessment of the effects on the <br /> receiving stream. <br /> The requirement has been incorporated into the permit document and can be found on <br /> page 2.05-29. <br /> STATUS: Terminated <br /> 13 <br />
