Stipulation No. 34 <br /> Mountain Coal Company shall collect at least one composite, representative sample <br /> of the discharge water from the old portal and have it properly analyzed for the <br /> following parameters: <br /> pH (field) Aluminum <br /> Conductivity at 25°C (field) Arsenic <br /> Temperature (field) Cadmium <br /> Dissolved Oxygen (field) Copper <br /> Total Suspended Solids Iron <br /> Total Dissolved Solids Dissolved Iron <br /> Sodium Adsorption Ratio Lead <br /> Bicarbonate Manganese <br /> Calcium Dissolved Manganese <br /> Chloride Mercury <br /> Magnesium Molybdenum <br /> Sodium Selenium <br /> Sulfate Zinc <br /> All parameters are total species unless otherwise specified. Results are to be <br /> forwarded to MLRD as soon as they are available. <br /> The sample was collected and analyzed for the above parameters. The results have been <br /> incorporated into the permit on page 2.05-51 and 53. <br /> STATUS: Complied With <br /> Stipulation No. 35 <br /> Mountain Coal Company, during reclamation, shall use existing fill from the fan pad <br /> to backfill against the seal of the portal to eliminate any portal or depression in the <br /> hillside (bringing the entire fan pad back to original contour is not required due to <br /> the steep slope, existing configuration, and limited fill available). <br /> This stipulation has been incorporated into the permit in the Reclamation Section of Exhibit <br /> 42 in Volume 7. <br /> STATUS: Terminated <br /> Stipulation No. 36 <br /> A. One copy of the following must be submitted within 30 days after each <br /> calendar year to the BLM Chief Branch of Solid Minerals: <br /> 1.
