Surface and Ground Water Monitoring <br />1. The applicant will conduct monitoring of ground water in a <br />manner approved by the Division. The ground water monitoring <br />plan is contained in the permit application, volume 2, on <br />pages 551 through 554. <br />2. The applicant will conduct monitoring of surface water in a <br />manner approved by the Division. The monitoring plan was <br />submitted under 2.05.6(3>(b)(iv) and is contained in the permit <br />application, volume 2, on pages 551 through 554. <br />H. The following stipulation is required in order to complete this <br />section: <br />Stipulation No. 8 <br />WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PERMIT REVISION APPROVAL, THE PERMITTEE WILL <br />SUBMIT TO THE DIVISION WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION VERIFYING THAT THE TWO <br />WATER WELLS ACROSS INTERSTATE 25 FROM THE MINE ENTRANCE, REFERENCED <br />ON PAGE 547 OF THE PERMIT APPLICATION, ARE CURRENTLY OWNED BY <br />SUNDANCE COAL COMPANY. <br />1.
