Subsidence - Rules 2.05 ,6 (b) and 4.20 <br />A detailed account of the subsidence monitoring plan can be found in <br />Exhibit 24 of the Permit Application. Subsidence monuments were <br />installed on March 21, 1988 and the first displacement data was received <br />on August 23, 1988. No significant displacement had occurred at the time <br />of this survey. Stipulation No. 28 on subsidence is still in effect. <br />Stipulation No. 29 requesting analy tical pillar stability calculations <br />has been satisfied. <br />In addition, WFC will install subsidence monuments above the first <br />longwall panel to be mined, in order to conduct a subsidence survey to <br />determine the effect of extraction. Finally, one uninhabited wooden <br />utility shed will be monitored to determine impact of subsidence. <br />Monitoring will be completed quarterly, If the structure is damaged WFC <br />will complete appropriate repairs, <br />Stipulation No. 28 <br />THE PERMITTEE SHALL PERFORM A SURVEY OF THE FIVE POTENTIALLY AFFECTED <br />ADOBE CONSTRUCTED HOUSES ON A QUARTERLY BASIS, IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE <br />REQUIREMENTS OF RULE 2.05 ,6(6)(c)(i)(D) <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXIY. Special Categories of Mining - Rules 2.06, 4,22, 4.23, 4.26, 4.27, 4.28 <br />a~-Zl <br />The requirements of this section do not apply to this operation, since <br />none of the special categories of mining wi]1 be conducted. <br />XXY.
