The <br />coal handling structures are also disassed on page 2.05-18. The <br />operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XX. Roads - Rules 2.05.3(3) and 4.03 <br />Information pertaining to the roads at Golden Eagle Mine is found on <br />pages 2.05-7 and 9 and Map 10. All stipulations relating to roads <br />(25, 26, and 27) have been satisfied. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />The total amount of the Golden Eagle mine bond is 5940,578.20. The total <br />bond on hand is 5940,578.20 which gives them a surplus of 537,259.20. A <br />detailed breakdown of the bond can be found in Exhibit 19 of the <br />application. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirement of this section, <br />XXI.
