~9 Exterior <br />East Face. This is the front of the residence (See photo # I .). The exterior wall is stucco. <br />The Front door and porch extend east from the main section of the house. There are <br />windows on the north and south faces of the porch. From north to south, there is: <br />• one window on the north face of the porch, <br />• one window north of the door on the east face, <br />• one door with an aluminum awning and screen door, <br />• one window south of [he door on the east face, <br />• a concrete walk leads to the front door and has a crack in the second slab east of the <br />front door (See photo #2), <br />• Hairline stucco cracks extend from the window and door corners, an example (See <br />Photo #3) is the upper right corner of the window on the north face of the porch. <br />• Crack extends from lower right corner of north window, east face (See Photo #4). <br />• Hairline cracks extend from lower right corner of door (See Photo #5) on east face of <br />porch, ten cracks in the stucco extend from this door. <br />• Cracks extend from above and left side of south window, east face, (See Photo #6). <br />• Seven cracks extend from the window on the south face of the porch, Photo #7 is an <br />example of this cracking. <br />• Vertical crack at the junction of the south porch face and the east face of the house <br />(See Photo #8). <br />• Stucco cracking on the east face of the house where the porch awning meets the east <br />wall (See Photo #9). <br />• Stucco spalling and separating from the face on the south end of the east face (See <br />Photo # l o). <br />South Face. Three windows on the south face not counting any of the porch. There are <br />soffits and the plywood is pulling away from roof trusses. The stucco on this face shows <br />extensive hairline and greater cracks, stair-step cracks and stucco spalling. There aze <br />cracks on, and extending from, the window sills. The photos of this face are examples of <br />the cracking. <br />• Soffit pulling away from roof trusses (See Photo # 11). <br />• Stucco crack in the window sill, east window on the south face, (See Photo # l2). <br />• Stucco spalling at the base of the south face beneath the middle window. Weeds are <br />growing up behind the stucco(See Photo #13). <br />• Stair-step cracking beneath the middle window on the south face (See Photo #14). <br />• Crack in window sill and in wall lower right and left corners and lower left of west <br />window on the south face (See Photo # 15). <br />• Stucco crack at the base of the south face with weeds growing behind the stucco (See <br />Photo #16). <br />• Cracked and spatted stucco at the wall-eave contact (See Photo # l 7). <br />r <br />c~ <br />
