No inspection was performed in areas which <br />were obstructed, concealed or closed off. No inspection was performed in areas which <br />required the dismantling, removal or movement of any object including, but not limited <br />to: roof, wall, floor and ceiling coverings, furniture and appliances. <br />Due to factors such as: weather, fire, moisture, leaks, actions taken by the owner or <br />others, or the passage of time, the condition of the premises may change after the date of <br />inspection. This report describes the condition of the premises at the time of inspection. <br />This report follows the order in which the premises was inspected. A "clear" comment <br />indicates that no damage condition was visible at the time of this inspection. <br />General Description <br />The residence is single story structure with stucco covering concrete block walls. The <br />house is built on a poured concrete slab of unknown thickness- There is a carport that <br />extends from the west end of the north face and covers a concrete slab. <br />The roof is metal and a 4:12 pitch. The eaves have soffits on the north and south faces. <br />There are no gutters or downspouts, drainage is to earth. Extensive hairline stucco cracks <br />are evident on all faces of the exterior. Cracks extend from window and door corners and <br />stair-step stucco cracks stucco can be seen on all faces. The stucco is thin in spots with <br />wire mesh visible through the stucco. Weeds are growing up behind the stucco on each <br />face and causing spalling of the stucco. <br />The interior of the house has a joist floor. Drywall tape lines are evident through most of <br />the house. The interior has only minor cosmetic damage. The interior consists of a east <br />porch on a concrete slab, a great room kitchen, one bedroom. one bathroom and a utility <br />area off the kitchen. <br />r - <br />i <br />
