<br /> West Face. A Stucco wall with an attic vent in the upper middle of the face. Areas <br /> where the stucco is thin and the wire mesh is partially visible. [.ittle of the foundation is <br /> visible. From south to north, the west face has: <br /> • Stucco cracking extending down from the roof-wall contact. <br />• Stucco cracks extend from the four comers of [he attic vent. <br /> • Stucco cracks extend tiom the north end of the west face onto the west face, (See <br /> Photo # 18. <br /> • four more aluminum framed, double-hung sliding window, larger than the above <br /> window; the far south of these four had a swamp cooler in front of it. <br /> North Face. A concrete parking pad with cracking at the west end of the north face. The <br /> north face of the house is stucco with a door and three windows. Many hairline stucco <br /> cracks on the face especially azound window comers. Signs of stucco patching on this <br /> face. From west to east along the north face of the house: <br /> <br /> • Wood panel porch enclosure on the west end of the north face. This is the back door <br /> to the house and the entrance from the caz port. <br /> • The carport concrete slab has several cracks (See Photo #l9). <br />• • Stucco stair-step cracking upper right comer of west window, north face (See Photo # <br /> 20). <br />• Stucco cracking and patching beneath west window, (See Photo #21). <br /> • Stair-step stucco cracking and cracked window sill, lower left corner of middle <br /> window, (See Photo #22). <br /> • Stair-step cracking extending from the left side of the middle window on this north <br /> face (See Photo #23). <br /> • East window has cracking below sill, no photo. <br />Interior. <br />Entering the house through the door on the east face into a mud room/covered porch. <br />Linoleum floor, drywall walls and ceiling, one window on the north wall, door on the east <br />wall, one window on the south wall. The room is an enclosed porch and is on a concrete <br />slab. The porch is clear. <br />Living Room. West out of the entry into the living room, the floor of the house is a joist <br />floor that is carpeted. Walls and ceiling are drywall, two windows on the south wall, <br />three entries off the west wall, three windows on the north wall. Some minor tape line <br />cracking between drywall sheets. The kitchen is part of this great room and is located <br />midway on the north wall. Portions of the north wall are obscured by appliances, counter <br />top etc. <br /> <br />
