However, in order to provide proper indications of slope changes, it was
necessary to produce the computer generated cross-sections using a
• vertical exageration. When examining those sections, this vertical
exageration, the amount of which is indicated on each section, should be
taken into account or a distorted concept will result in
aisunderstandings regarding, in particular, the steepness of slopes.
GRA~INGg The reclamation plan maps and the computer generated cross-
sections display the proposed final topography better than can be done
in writing. However, some comments on certain features are needed.
WEST SIDE OF ACADEMY @Dl1LEVARD:
---- ---- -- ------- ----------
Dn this area the final topography will 6e generally a very gradual
slope extending from the north side of the permit southward to Bradley
Road. This will constitute primarily leveling the land to a somewhat
• greater extent than it currently is, that is, the irregular topography
presently found on the area will be leveled by simply moving the various
piles of material on the area.
Slopes leading up to the area to the northeast of the processing
site will have slopes of about 3:1 to 4: 1. This is less than they
currently are and therefore will require same minor slope reduction
work.
The large ridge of sand separating this operation from Castle
rr~
Concrete's Sand Pit will be removed by Castle Concrete.] Waste from the
processing of sand mn the Daniel's Sand area will be placed, i
•
FAGE v OF 14 - EXHIBIT E
