(p. 202 TEA) Stipulation: The discussion of irrigation of agricultural <br />Lands in Minnesota Creek and the North Fork should be <br />expanded to include more information on the importance of <br />subirrigation in these areas. Additional information re- <br />garding the Level of flood irrigation of the identified <br />AVFS is also required. <br />OSM Findings Document: Stipulation No. 5 (first part), p. 5 <br />43. (p. 203 TER) Stipulation: Additional information regarding the levels of <br />floor irrigation and subirrigation on the designed AVFS is <br />required. The operator shall ensure that the resource(s) <br />is properly evaluated in terms of the National Register of <br />Historic Places eligibility criteria (36 CFR 60.6). Should <br />a resource be determined eligible for listing in the National <br />Register of Historic Places, the operator shall consult with <br />and obtain the approval of the regulatory authority concerning <br />the development and implementation of mitigation measures as <br />appropriate. <br />OSM Findings Document: Stipulation No. 44, p. 12 <br />
