-13- <br />37. Stipulation: THE APPLICANT MUST PRESENT PLANS SHOWING NOW MINE OPENINGS <br />WILL BE SEALED TO PREVENT UNCONTROLLED MINE DISCHARGES UPON COMPLETION <br />OF MINING. THESE PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE REGULATORY AUTHORITY <br />SIX (6) MONTHS AFTER COMPLETION OF THE THREE (3) PORTALS INITIALLY PRO- <br />POSED TO BE INSTALLED AND THEIR ASSOCIATED DEWATERING FACILITIES. <br />MLRD Findings Document: Stipulation No. 20, p. 17 <br />OSM Findings Document: This stipulation has not been included in the OSM <br />findings document <br />OSM TEA: Stipulation No. 9, pp. 31-32 as follows: <br />9. THIS REPORT <br />IS TO INCLUDE A MINE WORKINGS MAP SHOWING THE LOCATION AND QUANTITY OF INFLOWS; <br />A TABLE KEYED TO THE MINE MAP WHICH SHALL CONTAIN THE SOURCE (I.E. FAULT, <br />FRACTURES, ETC.) QUANTITY, DURATION, AND QUALITY (I.E. PN, ELECTRO-CONDUCTIVITY <br />AND TEMPERATURE) OF ALL INFLOWS; A TABLE CONTAINING RECORDS OF WATER DISCHARGED <br />FROM THE MINE, CONSUMED IN THE MINE AND IMPORTED FOR USE WITHIN THE MINE; A <br />DISCUSSION OF THE WATER BALANCE WITHIN THE MINE AND FINALLY A PROJECTION OF <br />HYDROLOGIC IMPACTS OF MINING IN THE UPCOMING YEAR. <br />
