-12- <br />6. Stipulation: The applicant shall rerun pump tests to establish <br />valves of storativity and transmissivity for the Barren Member <br />and F-seam. The applicant sha1Z then recalculate mine inflows <br />and the extent of the cone of influence to substantiate the <br />estimates provided. All data on the pumping test and all <br />calculations used to determine mine inflow and drawdown <br />will be provided to the regulatory agency within 6 months of <br />permit issuance. <br />34. Stipulation: The applicant should commit to the installation and <br />operation of a monitoring system as described in this section for <br />those areas designated as AVFs by the regulatory agency. <br />36. Stipulation: IN ITS ANNUAL HYDROLOGY ASSESSMENT, THE APPLICANT SHALL INCLUDE <br />WATER QUANTITY AND QUALITY DATA FROM THE U.S .G .S. SOMERSET MONITORING <br />STATION. SHOULD THE U.S .G .S.
