Stipulation: The applicant shall provide to the regulatory <br />authority chemical analysis of the roof, interburden, and coal <br />from core holes SOM-2, SOM-6, SOM-38, SOM-50, SOM-59, SOM-65, and <br />MG-9. Only those parameters required by the regulatory authority <br />and most previously analyzed by the applicant (see appendix 1) <br />need be run. These analyses must be submitted within 6 months <br />after issuing this permit. <br />31. Stipulation: RRCO COAL MUST INCLUDE WITHIN THE PERMIT APPLICATION ALL <br />ARCO RESPONSES CONTAINED IN THE TWO VOLUMES TITLED "RESPONSES TO STATE <br />M.L.R. COMMENTS" AND "COMPLETENESS REVIEW RESPONSES".
