<br />Using the data and information provided by Wyoming Fuel Company, and as~ <br />required by the regulations, the Division calculated the cost of reclamation <br />at the Canadian Strip Mine. For the purposes of bonding, present conditions <br />are to be considered equivalent to maximum disturbance conditions. Based upon <br />the information submitted, and using standard estimation techniques and <br />current rates, the Division determined the cost of reclamation to be <br />$746,450.00. <br />A performance bond in the amount of 5746,450.00 will be be maintained in the <br />second permit term. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXII, SealiLDrilled Holes and Underground Openings - Rules <br />+s-~c r~-~rrt~ <br />Information regarding sealing of drilled holes and underground openings is <br />found in Volume I, Section 2.05.4 of the permit application. A commitment to <br />seal all drill holes excluding those which have not been subsequently used as <br />ground water monitoring wells has been made and complied with during the first <br />permit term. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXIII. Subsidence - Rules 2.05.6(6) and 4.20 <br />Information regarding subsidence is found in Volume 1, Section 2.05.6 of the <br />permit application. As the operation includes only surface mining methods and <br />disturbance, this section does not apply. <br />XXIV. Special Categories of Mining Other Than AVF and Prime Farmland - <br />The operation does not include any special categories of mining to which this <br />section applies. <br />XXV. Miscellaneous Com liance - Rules 2.05.6(5), 4,02 4.12, 4.19, 4.21, 4,28 <br />and <br />The operation does not include any activities to which this section applies <br />other than compliance with the requirements for signs and markers. <br />The operation is in compliance with the requirements of this section. <br />XXVI, Operations on Land Subject to Limitations or Prohibitions - Rules <br />-.03.7 and 2.10 <br />Information regarding operations on land subject to limitations or <br />-. prohibitions is found in Appendix A, Volume I of the permit application. <br /> <br />23 <br />
