WITNESSES AND EXHIBITS <br />Parties will be permitted to testify and time for each will be allowed as more fully set <br />forth in Section V. The time limits established by this Order will be strictly observed. <br />Parties may call witnesses endorsed in the Pre-Hearing Statements submitted to the Board. <br />If a party seeks to offer the testimony of a witness who has not been endorsed in a Pre- <br />Hearing Statement, that witness will testify at the discretion of the Board only. <br />Descriptions of all exhibits to be presented at the public hearing, and names and <br />addresses of proposed witnesses for the public hearing, shall be submitted by November <br />13, 1998. Each party shall submit one 111 complete packet of exhibits to the Division's <br />Durango Field Office. In addition, each party shall bring to the hearing ten (10) copies of <br />the exhibits to be submitted at the hearing.
