If there is a road culvert involved, please revise the <br />appropriate maps. <br />32. On proposed page Exh-8-31, it is stated that culvert C-i3 receives flow only from ditch D- <br />i7. However, the Division believes there is an irrigation ditch that flows down the east <br />side of the Terror Creek Loadout and into culvert C-i3. Also, it appears that discharge <br />from the east sediment pond at the Terror Creek Loadout would also flow through culvert <br />C-i3, although this pond is nearly always dry. Please revise the hydrology design for <br />culvert C-i3, if appropriate. <br />33. Please add the annotations for ditches J 1 and ]2 on Map 20 and Map 21-3. <br />34. On proposed page Exh-8-179, in the table for ditch J 1, the time of concentration is shown <br />as being 4 hours. Please revise. <br />35. On proposed Map No. 22-J, "Pond J Detail", please change the annotation for the culvert <br />that goes into Pond J from C-J 1 to C-J3. <br />36.
