See the Rules for the text of <br />this rule. A copy of an advertisement to be placed by the permittee at least once a week for four <br />successive weeks in the Craig Daily Press was included in the application. The public notice <br />included a notification of the precise location of the land affected by Sections and pans of <br />Sections by Townships and Ranges. The number of acres was stated in the notification as 762.1 <br />acres. The name of the permittee was included as the Colowyo Coal Company, L.P. The permit <br />number was included as C-81-O19 with the latest permit approval as November 5, 1997 <br />(renewal). The type and amount of bond was included as two surety bonds totaling $16,000,000, <br />and includes a statement that only bond liability release is requested, no reduction in bond <br />amount being requested. The public notice includes descriptions that the areas were reclaimed <br />from 1986 - 1995 (refers to Exhibit 3 of the application for details), and states that the area was <br />backfilled, regraded, topsoiled and reseeded in accordance with the permit. The notice includes a <br />statement that reclamation is consistent with the requirements of the approved reclamation plan. <br />The notice includes that written comments, objections and requests for a public hearing or <br />informal conference concerning the bond release should be addressed to the CDMG, CDNR, <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, within 30 days of the last date of <br />publication, or within 30 days of [he CDMG inspection. <br />Rule 3.03.2(1)(c) The application is in compliance with [his rule. <br />• <br />
