Please revise [he analysis to use cover data from [he July 2000 <br />surveys of the reference area communities for premining stages (C factors in Table 7) and study <br />blocks for postmining stages (C factors in Table 9). Please reference the source of the infotma[ion <br />as was done for other parameters. Please include the dates of all sampling in Exhibit 1 4.0 Vegetative <br />Cover Demonstration. <br />The applicant's response of May 15, 2001 was adequate. <br />P factors used in the analysis aze those previously accepted for the sedimentation pond designs, and <br />are appropriate to this Application. <br />Rule 3.03.2(1) See the Rules for the contiguous text of this rule.
