Historic Use of 104 shams of tho Fulton Ditch (FD) <br />The technique of quantifying historic use of 29 shares of Fulton Uitch water was approved Cur <br />use on Novclnber 12, 1999, for the SSP submilled on March 24, 1994, for the Fulton Lakes Pit. <br />The historic use of the 104 shares of Fulton Ditch water sited in this replacement plan was <br />quantified by using the same technique. During an average year, the 104 shares yield 255.54 <br />aero-feet of wator during April through September while generating 73.39 acre-feet of return <br />flow obligations during t7etnber through March. The total average annual amount of water <br />available from the 104 shares is 182.15 acre-Eger. <br />3. 1999 Effluent Lease (1999 Lease) with the City of Westminster <br />A conditional least of a matrimum duration of tight years with the City of Westminster, signed <br />on December 21, 1999, will provide 2.0 cfs of fully consumable effluent every day from <br />November 10 to Mardi 20 beginning on November 10, 2000. At the discretion of the City, <br />replacematts can be made at either the Metro Wastewater Treatment Plant or the Slg Dry Creak <br />Wastewater Trcataient Plank The lease provides 515.70 acre-feet annually. <br />
