<br />Bayfield Pit #1 <br />Adequacy Letter Response <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Exhibit F -Reclamation Map: This map depicts a line across the north end of the amendment <br />area possibly indicating an underground electrical line. If it presently exists, please describe it <br />and name its owner. Also, it terminates as it approaches the county road. If it becomes an <br />overhead line, please properly depict it and identify its owner. <br />The underground electrical line is owned by the property owner, Gosney. As it approaches <br />County Road 521 the underground line becomes overhead and runs parallel with the County <br />Road and owned by LPEA. No mining will occur within 200 feet of the electrical line. If <br />mining does occur within 200 feet of the operation the operator will obtain a agreement prior <br />to any mining activity in that azea. <br />Exhibit F cont.: Please depict the location of the County right-of--way fence, on both sides of the <br />road. <br />^ The County Road has 60 feet of total right-of--way. The fence sits on the western edge of the <br />County right-of--way. The map has been amended [o show the County fence on both sides of <br />County Road 521 at the edge of the 30 foot right-of--way. <br />Exhibit F cont.: Please indicate the location of the telephone pedestal neaz the east end of the <br />entrance road, plus any associated communication lines which may be located along the county <br />road. Please depict any power lines or dedicated easements on the map. <br />^ The location of the telephone pedestal has been added to the mining map. <br />Exhibit F cont.: An existing map in the file shows a 60-foot wide road easement which leads <br />north from the entrance road toward the oil (or gas) well. It is not labeled in this exhibit, but if it <br />is an easement, it must be shown. <br />The gas well is owned by the property owner. An easement has been shown on the plat for a <br />road to access the gas well. This road will also be utilized for the mining operation as an <br />internal transportation link. <br />Exhibit F cont.: The Army Corps has required that the operator cleazly mazk, and maintain <br />undisturbed, a 50-foot setback from a wetland to the west of phase 5. This may be regazded as <br />an easement and should be shown on the map. <br />^ The map has been amended to show the 50-foot setback and indicate location of wetlands. <br />No mining will occur in this azea and such it is not included in the mining permit area. <br />Exhibit F cont.: Other existing maps show the actual wellhead location of the oil (or gas) well. <br />This feature is not depicted on the map in this submittal. Likewise, the buried gas line is no <br />longer shown the new map. Have either of these features been abandoned and/or removed? <br />
