At a minimum, include the following i formation: Outline and label the permit boundaries and the affected area described in Exhibit A - Legal Description. Label the names of owner(s) of record of the surface of the affected rea and of the land immediately adjacent to the affected area. d. Outline and label all major surface features to be used in connection with the proposed operation such as: existing and proposed roads, pit boundaries, topsoil stockpiles, overburden stockpiles, product stockpiles, waste rock fills, buildings, processing plant, ponds, impoundments, diversions, tail or waste disposal areas. ndicate the direction that mineral extraction will proceed. ~ote the location of any significant, valuable, and permanent man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected area such as: houses, barns, fences, above or below ground utilities, irrigation ditches, maintained or public roads, bridges, wells, pipelines, water storage impoundments, railroad tracks, cemetaries, and communication antennas. Outline and label the extent of the existing disturbance within the permit boundary. Note: Combine the maps submitted for Brownwood No. 1 and Brownwood No. 2 pit sites into one comprehensive pre-mine and mining plan map. This map should clearly show the Brownwood No. 1 permit boundary and the area known as Brownwood No. 2 which is to be amended into the permit.
