Please provide a map which clearly describes the features associated <br />with the mining plan and includes both the Bro~mwood No. 1 d Brownwood <br />No. 2 pit sites The map shoulq~be-drawn--to-a-scale nos }}er--than 1 <br />=inch -= 50 feet,~s~ow a north row, and note any sectio corners <br />adjacent to the proposed operation. At a minimum, include the following <br />i formation: <br />Outline and label the permit boundaries and the affected area <br />described in Exhibit A - Legal Description. <br />Label the names of owner(s) of record of the surface of the affected <br />rea and of the land immediately adjacent to the affected area. <br />d. Outline and label all major surface features to be used in <br />connection with the proposed operation such as: existing and <br />proposed roads, pit boundaries, topsoil stockpiles, overburden <br />stockpiles, product stockpiles, waste rock fills, buildings, <br />processing plant, ponds, impoundments, diversions, tail or waste <br />disposal areas. <br />ndicate the direction that mineral extraction will proceed. <br />~ote the location of any significant, valuable, and permanent <br />man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected area such as: <br />houses, barns, fences, above or below ground utilities, irrigation <br />ditches, maintained or public roads, bridges, wells, pipelines, <br />water storage impoundments, railroad tracks, cemetaries, and <br />communication antennas. <br />Outline and label the extent of the existing disturbance within the <br />permit boundary. <br />Note: Combine the maps submitted for Brownwood No. 1 and Brownwood No. 2 pit <br />sites into one comprehensive pre-mine and mining plan map. This map <br />should clearly show the Brownwood No. 1 permit boundary and the area <br />known as Brownwood No. 2 which is to be amended into the permit. <br /> <br />
