Please explain. <br />1,Y When mining below the water table, the potential for ground water <br />contamination due to fuel and chemical leaks, waste disposal, etc. can <br />be significant. Provide assurance that the operator will regulate <br />activities in the Brownwood No. 2 pit site to minimize the potential for <br />ground water contamination. <br />~ $~ Will the change in ground water conditions caused by mining Brownwood <br />Y No. 1 and No. 2 pit sites adversely affect any vegetation in the area <br />such as large trees which are dependent on the current ground water <br />levels for survival? Should adverse affects occur, how will they be <br />mitigated?
