Rule 2.10.3(1)(f) Each public road located in, or within IOOfeet of the proposed permit area; <br />The application is in compliance with this rule. See Map 12-1, last revised 5/15/00. <br />Rule 2.10.3(1)(j) A map of the existing topography within the area to be affected during the <br />estimated life of the operation and adjacent lands. This map shall be in suffrcient detail so as to <br />represent slopes and configuration of all surface features within the area to be affected. <br />No such map was found in the PAP. An annotated copy of the USGS Mount Harris <br />Quadrangle would meet this requirement. <br />Rule 2.10.3(2) Maps, plans, and cross-sections included in the permit application which are <br />required by 2.10 shall be prepared by or under the direction of, and certified by, a qualified <br />registered professional engineer or professional geologist, with assistance from experts in <br />related fields such as land surveying and landscape architecture and shall be updated by the <br />permittee as required by the Division. <br />The PAP is in compliance with this rule. <br />Rule 3 PERFORMANCE BOND REQUIREMENTS <br />The application is in compliance with this rule. See Table 5 of the Midtenn Review. Two current <br />bonds, Travelers Casualty and Surety Company 64S 100808349BCA in the amount of $965,520 <br />and XL Speciality Insurance Company SB0080352 in the amount of $I 13,641, total $1,079,161. <br />The current required surety is $1,079,161 (same amount). <br />Rule 3.03 RELEASE OF PERFORMANCE BONDS <br />There have been no bond releases on this permit. <br />Rule 4.02 SIGNS AND MARKERS <br />Rule 4.02.1(1) Be posted and maintained by the permittee; <br />The applicant is in compliance with this rule. <br />Rule 4.02.1(2) Be of uniform design throughout the operation that can be easily seen and read; <br />The operator is in compliance with this rule. <br />Rule 4.02.1(3) Be made of durable material; and <br />Page 28 of 38 pages, November 8, 2005 <br />
