See pages 4 and 5 at Tab 20. <br />Rule 2.05.4(2)(e)(iii) Methods to be used in planting and seeding; <br />The application is in compliance with this rule. Drill seeding is the preferred method. See page 6 <br />Tab 20. <br />Rule 2.05.4(2)(e)(iv) Mulching techniques; <br />The application is in compliance with this rule. A cover crop is used in lieu of mulching for drill <br />seeding. A mulch is proposed in areas, if any, hydroseeded. See page 6 Tab 20. <br />Rule 2.05.4(2)(e)(v) Irrigation, if appropriate and pest and disease control measures, if any; <br />The application is in compliance with this rule. Irrigation is not proposed. Weed and pest control <br />is described, beginning on page 6 <br />Rule 2.05.4(2)(e)(vi) Measures proposed to be used to determine the success of revegetation in <br />accordance with 4.15.7; and <br />The application is in compliance with this rule.
