We are within 150 ft. of our property line on <br />the existing permitted area. Most of the future mining will <br />be straight down at Lower elevations totally unseen :from the <br />highway or residential property. <br />The expansion permit we are applying for is much the same <br />story, it is not our intention to uncaringly star the <br />mountain. <br />7. We are presently working on property acquisition to raoove all <br />our truck traffic off Tunnel Drive and coma out to the north <br />by the old prison fares. ell we lack at chis point :is a 500 <br />ft. easement through slate property and a highway access <br />permit. This new access is going to cost us in excess of <br />5600,000.00. So, as you can see, we are trying to work with <br />the people. <br />We have several businesses in Fremont County. We pay a lot of <br />taxes and employ a lot of people. We have been in busines:c for 28 <br />years in this county. we hate always had a Good working <br />relationship with City, Connt~, gad other Government Otfici,als.
