Fremont County is not regfiiring the <br />loads to be tarped, but all loads shall be secured ilz a manner <br />so that no material will escape. This is a condition of your <br />C.U.P. as well as other C.U.P.'s is Fremon[ County. <br />Item number 4: Continue to follow your storm water management <br />plan and its up dates ss approved in your Conditional Use <br />Permit. <br />Item number 5: Continue to use the latest in blasting techniques <br />as per the Conditional IIse Permit. <br />Item number 6: Continue to mine the area as per the Conditional <br />Use Permit. <br />Item number 7: We appreciate your plans to relocate y~~ur truck <br />traffic away from Tunnel Drive. This will hopefully eliminate <br />most of the concerns of the residents along Tunnel Drive. <br />
