<br />Bowie Resources Limited -Bowie No. 1 Mine <br />Rationale for TR 34 Pagc 3 <br />for stockwater. <br />Pond 10-7, which lies within the angle of draw of the 2%: Panel off X Panel in the West <br />Mine, was found to be approximately 30' x 30' in 1983, is fed by runoff and a colluvial <br />seep and is used for stockwater. <br />Pond 10-9, which lies within the angle of draw of the 3 Right Panel off X Panel in the <br />West Mine, was found to be approximately 50' x 100' in 1983, is fed by runoff and a <br />colluvial seep and is used for stockwater. <br />Pond 10-14, which lies within the angle of draw of the Y Panel off II West Submains in <br />the West Mine, was found to be approximately 24' x 12' in 1983, is fed by runoff and <br />seepage from a colluvial/alluvial association is used for stockwater. <br />Pond 85, which lies within the angle of draw of the B Panel off II West Submains in the <br />West Mine, was found to be approximately 80' x 150' in 1983. <br />Pond 13-7, which lies within the angle of draw of the A+ panel off II West Submains in <br />the West Mine, was found to be approximately 80' x 60' x 2' in 1983, is fed by runoff and <br />is used for stockwater. <br />Pond 15-1, which lies within the angle of draw of the 3rd East off X Panel in the West <br />Ivline, was found to be approximately 50' x 80' x 2' in 1983, is fed by runoff and seepage <br />from a colluvial/alluvial association and is used for stockwater. <br />Ground Water Monitoring Points -Springs <br />Spring 30, which lies within the angle of draw of the Y Panel off II West Submains in the <br />West Mine, was found to have a flow of 0.04 gpm in 1983, originates in colluvial <br />landslide material and is used for stockwater. <br />Spring 10-10, which lies within the angle of draw of the Y Panel off II West Submains in <br />the West Mine, was found to have a flow of < 1 gpm in 1983, originates as colluvial <br />seepage and is used for stockwater. <br />Ground 'Water Monitoring Points -Wells <br />Shallow Monitoring Well SM-5, which does not lie within the angle of draw of any <br />underground workings but is near the II West Submains in the West Mine, measures the <br />ground water contained within the shallow colluvial material. <br />
